I am currently providing psychotherapy services to clients in Colorado. I am currently in network with most Aetna, Cigna, Anthem BCBS, and United/UBH/Optum plans. I am NOT in network with any EAP plans at this time. I use Headway and Alma to bill insurance: you can learn more about these platforms by going to their websites by clicking the links above.
If I am not in network with your insurance, there is a chance that you still have out-of-network benefits, especially if you have a PPO or POS plan. If you do have out-of-network benefits, I can offer a superbill after each session that you can submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement of the full fee of the session. Please check with your insurance to see if this is an option for you.
I am not in network with Medicaid and an unable to see clients who have Medicaid as a primary or secondary insurance, even if they want to do private pay
I am also not in network with Medicare

50 minute individual therapy session: $170
50 minute couples therapy session: $200
I also have a select number of reduced fee slots available for those who qualify: reduced fee slots are reserved for clients whose insurance I do not take, who do not have out-of-network benefits, and who feel they are unable to sustainably pay my full fee. Please reach out to me to see if a reduced fee slot is available at this time, or to get on my reduced fee waitlist.
To determine your eligibility for a reduced rate (and the rate itself), I use an equity based, tiered approach that is based off your current financial situation. Reduced rates are valid for 6 months.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises
